Now shipping internationally with full insurance for a rate of   22   USD..... this cost accounts for the greater amount of time, materials, risk, and insurance cost that are all necessary when we ship internationally.

International Buyers – Please Note:    Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. PAYMENT:  You will get an Invoice from eBay at the end of the auction, please pay at your earlier convenience. If you have requested combined shipping, please do not pay the first ebay invoice you get, but rather wait for me to send you a corrected invoice.

RETURNS: In the unlikely event that a return is negotiated, item must be returned in the same condition it was shipped to you. Unless I as the seller have made an error, the return shipping is to be paid by the buyer, including insurance and shipping cost to send the item back.
