RETURN POLICY:
1) Contact us via eBay messages with your intent to return item within 14 days of item being delivered before filing a claim with eBay so we can try to resolve issue.
2) Item must be in condition sent, unopened, no broken seals if any, must be in original packaging.
There is a 15% restocking fee on any items returned unless they are damaged during shipping. If damaged , contact us to possibly resolve issue, if not we will have to file a claim for a damaged item with eBay and the shipper for refund
3) Agree to cancellation request sent by eBay
4) Refund is for item price. Postage and PayPal fees are not refundable.
5) If item was shipped for free, our actual postage to send item(s) to you is withheld from refund amount.
