• The scene depicts Jack Nicklaus following through on the 10th tee at the 1990 Masters at Augusta National Golf Club. The clubhouse and famous oak tree are seen in the background. 
• Signed "Good Luck Jack Nicklaus" in black marker middle left (No COA)
• LeRoy Neiman once noted that, "Nicklaus and Faldo are the only two players to ever win back-to-back Masters (as of 1990)."

Artist Bio

 

• LeRoy Neiman (1921 - 2012) was an American artist known for his expressionist paintings and screen prints of athletes, musicians, and sporting events. He also painted on live TV and contributed to books and magazines, such as Playboy and Time.
• Neiman studied at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and taught there for 10 years. He combined illustration from the US and Impressionism from France, redefining American modern art. His work is known for its bright colors and energy.
• Neiman is also recognized as an art world leader, educator, author, and philanthropist.
