Antique Elkington Plate  Sugar Castor Mufineer. Piece in overall very good condition for its age, with only light surface scratches on the bottom of it. This sugar castor has date marks that Elkington used to indicate a manufactured date of 1931. 7" tall, 3" wide at the base.
