This is an unused Dunhill lighter that was sold in Hawaii over 47 years ago.
It's stamped with a mark on the back of the instruction manual, indicating that it was purchased at a Dunhill store in Hawaii.
The inside of the wrap is dusty, but to my knowledge there has never been a lighter this old, a popular blue lighter, and brand new and unopened.
