THE FRONTS HAVE POP OUT CENTERS TO ALLOW YOU TO ACCESS THE 4x4 MANUAL LOCKOUTS.

304-GRADE STAINLESS STEEL WITH 3-STAGE FINISHING INCLUDING HAND POLISHING.

(I do not know what "304-GRADE" means all I can tell you is they look sharp and will not rust.)
