Does not include the original Nintendo DS case (did not keep cases when moved a long while ago). Includes the cover sheet, manual and game cartridge.

Game cover sheet: Does have bend to paper in middle of spine, has also an oval indent to top right bottom of cover. Has a few other indents which are shaped like previous case. Has a few brown specks on  inner white cover. Has light wearing to edges and softening of corners. Has a few small and larger creases. Has also a small amount of brown staining bottom left and ink transfer on top left front page.

Game manual: Has some creases/indents (one larger square one present under the light in middle front page); a few superficial scratches and a few creases.


Game cartridge: NTR-ASME-AUS. In good condition- does have multiple scratches to sticker. The inner metal part of cartridge has some scratches and residue build up. Tested and is working.
