Returns are accepted, please note if a new or unused item is returned after being used this can affect the refund amount inline with eBay policies on returns and will be communicated if required. On the rare occasion a fault is found this is normally dealt with quickly and no cost to the buyer as we believe although we check all our goods sometimes things can happen out of our control.
