Does not include the original Nintendo DS case (did not keep cases when moved a long while ago). Includes the cover sheet, manual and game cartridge.

Game cover sheet: Does have bend to paper near to spine, small indents on few areas on cover. Has a few brown specks on  inner white cover and along inner edges (see photos) Has wearing to edges and softening of corners. Has a few creases one on top right and the corners. Along top of spine has ? transfer on ink from paper

Game cartridge: In excellent condition- a few scratches to sticker side. The inner metal part of cartridge has nil scratches or signs of damage. Game tested and is working.
