Another Award: Newhouse News Service travel columnist, Joel Sleed, left, receives silver medal from Amram Zur, representative for North America of the Israel Ministry of Tourism, for his coverage of Israel's 25th anniversary. This was the third time within a year that Sleed was cited for his nationally-syndicated travel column. He previously won the annual TWA writing award and an award from Keep America Beautiful for his columns on conservation and ecology. Photo measures 8 x 10.25 inches. Photo is dated 07-9-1973.
