Each customer may have different standards regarding sharpness or other details, and such subjective concerns are not considered defects. Therefore, in cases like this, if a return is requested, the shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility. However, if the product was damaged during transit, we will work with you to determine the appropriate return or exchange process.
