The zipper on this DOES NOT work, there are velcro straps as well but you will need to add a few more if not repairing/replacing the zipper.
One of the set screws was missing, I replaced so rod stays in place but set screw is bigger than others - see pics
One of the metal plates that screw to the hinge on the outside bottom is missing, along with a couple screws. I didnt have any to fit- see pics
Aside from those few- this is a great changing bag, large enough for full size paper canister, yet it folds for easy storage or travel
