Main features
Aggressive and orthodox design that symbolizes the series
While inheriting the iconic side design of the GT-Air, the GT-Air II has more edgy edges, and is integrated with the ventilation parts to create a shell design that flows from the front to the back of the head. The sharp jaw line and the dedicated communication system mounting space add accents, creating a compact appearance.
QSV-2 Sun Visor
Enlarged sun visor
The inner sun visor can be opened and closed quickly with the operation of a lever. By lowering the sun visor to smoke and raising it to switch to clear only the shield, you can instantly respond to sudden changes in visibility, such as when entering a tunnel, and there is no need to replace the shield at your touring destination, realizing high convenience.
The GT-Air II is equipped with a new QSV-2 sun visor. The sun visor is 5 mm longer than the previous model, reducing the amount of sunlight that gets in through the gap between the bottom of the sun visor and the eye port. To avoid interference with the nose due to the extended sun visor, the nose part is designed to be 5 mm deeper than the previous model.
The sun visor base is fixed by pulling out both levers on either side of the eye port, allowing for smooth installation and removal of the sun visor.
*Always keep the lever down and unlocked except when removing or installing the sun visor.
The sun visor boasts optical performance that is comparable to the European sunglasses standard EN1836. It is coated with a hard coat that provides anti-fog properties.
Shield System
Easy to use, born from repeated detailed testing
Like the GT-Air, the shield is based on the CNS-1 shield base, which is injection molded to reduce distortion, and a new slightly open shield position has been added.
*Do not use the slightly open position when driving at high speeds.
