Artist Kulbatyrov is a famous Kazakhstani artist. Kulbatyrov Rashid Utepbergenovich was born in 1967 in the Aktobe region. In 1986 he graduated from the Kultprosvet College, specializing in artist-designer in Aktobe. In 1995 he received a second higher education at the Almaty State University in the art and graphic department, specializing in artist-designer. He took an active part in international and national exhibitions. He held several personal exhibitions in Aktau, Almaty, Aktobe, Astana. The artist paints his works in a light expressive manner, perfectly conveying running clouds, foaming sea waves or the excitement of horse racing with dynamic strokes. The artist's works are in private collections in Canada, America, Germany, France, Turkey, Greece, and the Czech Republic.
