If paying by bank deposit, please ensure you have your reference of your payment with your eBay user ID so we can identify the payment as yours. Failure to correctly reference your payment will cause a delay in our system which will ultimately delay the shipment of your order.
We check our bank accounts daily so as soon as your payment has cleared, we will start processing your order.

Our stock levels can change at any time. An order is only complete once payment has cleared. To prevent missing out, it's best to pay as soon as possible. Once a payment has cleared, 90% of products are dispatched within 1 business day, however please see our shipping page for estimated shipping times by state. We are happy to combine shipping on any orders. Individual listings with combined shipping will automatically calculate on checkout. When buying from multiple listings, please message us prior to purchase to confirm postage rates, be sure to include your postcode for accurate quoting and the items you are after. Express post is available on request for most orders, please note handing times will usually still apply.

Pre-arranged pickup is available from our warehouse in Dingley Village, Victoria. Please note that a handling time will still apply. Please call ahead or email us to ensure item is available for pickup.

POSTAGE & DISPATCH

After payment is cleared 90% of all items are dispatched within two business days, however please see below for estimated delivery times by state. Your item will be sent via courier or Australia Post depending on its size and weight.

Where goods are sent through Australia Post, the buyer may receive a knock on the door or a card in their letterbox indicating their item is available for pickup from their local post office.

A re-delivery fee will be charged to buyers for items that are undeliverable and/or returned due to incorrect delivery address or unsuccessful delivery.

Buyers have the full responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address and mobile phone number on the checkout page before payment. Any changes to address after checkout will not be considered as valid.

Our staff work tirelessly to ensure customer satisfaction however we understand that on occasion issues do arise. If you have a problem with your purchase please contact us PRIOR to leaving feedback and we will do our best to rectify the situation.

Claims entered directly via this method will be given priority.
