**RARE** Ray-Ban B&L Air Boss W2616 YVAS G-31 Reflective Mirror Lenses Sunglasses One of a Kind Vintage 80's/90's Steampunk.

These are a part of Ray-Ban Bausch & Lomb's hard to find "Air Boss" collection from the mid- to late-1990’s. Since one pair has the “60 Years” Ray Ban sticker, I would imagine that these were from the company’s 60th anniversary in 1997.

This pair in particular is incredibly hard to find. I am selling a lot of 9 never worn, mint condition Ray-Ban Air Boss sunglasses. Bausch & Lomb had various different productions of short-term sunglass lines (e.g. the "Diamond Hard," The "General," "Ambermatic," "Chromax," etc.) which are relatively unknown today outside of a community of collectors and vintage sunglass enthusiasts.

The design on these is unique, from the arms to the frames of the sunglasses themselves. These do NOT appear to have ever been worn and are in pristine, mint condition. They are new without tags.

These sunglasses have the common identifying marks of authentic B&L-era Ray-Bans: The "Ray-Ban" insignia is marked on the upper-left corner of the right lens and the "B&L" initials are embossed on both the left and right lenses on the outer edge adjacent to the arm hinges. There is also “B&L” on both nose pads, “B&L Ray-Ban U.S.A.” on the top of the glasses’ bridge, and “B&L Ray-Ban 60 [] 15” on the underside of the glasses’ bridge. The last marking is indicative of the glasses’ lenses’ size, or 60 mm.

Unique to this pair is the thicker arm pieces that narrow down towards the ear pads, which provides a sturdier, more resilient pair of eye wear.

These have Bausch & Lomb Ray-Ban “G-31” mirrored lenses, which are highly reflective and not only provide a unique look, but add additional protection to the wearer’s eyes.

These are sold individually and WITHOUT any accessories. I.e., if you buy the glasses that’s all you’ll get. No cases or cloths are included with these.
