Color is a nice Mocha. Details: Flat front. Semi concealed pelvic coin pocket. "Hollywood" (skirted/curtained) Waistband (a high end quality feature). Sartorial relief cut and Suspender buttons on rear waistband. Fabric is a very soft Spring/Fall+ weight/gauged 100% Cotton corduroy.

For those of you that are un-familiar w/the Exquisite Quality of Isaia. You Won't Find Anything Better Made. You can find an equivalent (Kiton, Barbera, Brioni etc), but NOT better.

Pants Description		Pant Sizing About Waist Sizing: If you buy pants that are tagged let's say a 32, in reality they are probably closer to a 33. The makers do this to allow for things such as tucked in shirts, and the phenomena known as the "Vanity Factor". I measure everything. If I state they are ie 32.5, you can can bet that they are a dead on 32.5. Keeping this in mind, if you're not sure, get a slightly bigger size, or have them altered (if there is enough ex-fab).

●	Front pockets are angled.	Waist measurement:	34", W/an additional 2.75" of extra fabric. for a Max Waist of 36.75". Remember you can always take the waist in by several inches.
●	Pants have 2 rear pockets.
●	Waistband is a dual button, single metal clasp closure.
●	Waistband is constructed w/a "HollyWood" curtained/skirted style interfacing.	Inseam measurement:	36" (Minimum) Un-hemmed/unfinished
●	Pants are NOT lined to the knees.	Rise:	11.25"

It's doubtful you will ever see a rating below 5. I mean, what's the point of offering below average merchandise? Exceptions to this are in categories like fabric viscosity (thickness), etc. You "MAY" on a very rare occasion, see a garment rated higher than a 10. I can only think of 2 garments from the past 20+ years that I would have rated higher than a 10. This is because they were WAY beyond exceptional pieces. My overall opinion: My tastes tend to lean towards the conservative side. I typically prefer darker colors, & USUALLY shy away from earth tones (Browns, greens, yellows etc.), & patterns like Glen Plaids. So if you see a garment w/earth tones (though I do like taupe, olive, & champagne), or non subtle Glen Plaids, that in your opinion is beautiful, but my rating is not very high, bare in mind that this may be because I am biased in my color/pattern preference. On the flip side, if I rate a garment high (w/coloring I like), again keep in mind my preferences. Please remember THIS IS MY OPINION*, & is not shared by all.
