Up for auction we have a Pokemon TCG Dewott XY Steam Siege 31/114 Uncommon Card - Error Cut Line

Ok me and my daughter have only been collecting a couple years, so we don't know much about error cards. 

On the right-hand side of the card there is a perfectly straight cut line on the front of the card.  It is not a print issue since you can feel the edge of the line on the card.  On the back of the card, you can't really tell it's there, just on the front
