Condition is unused, but had been removed and unfolded.  I unfolded also for inspection, photos and to ensure that the tie back was still inside. Size is listed as 72" x 75", I did not remeasure.  There are no rips, holes, tears or stains.  It is in the original packaging that shows wear and scuffs from storage.  Enlarge and look at all photos for more details on condition, design and size.  Please contact if additional information or photos are needed.
