DHL: To North America, Europe, Asia and Australia, shipping only take about 3-5 days, to other countries, it will take about 7-10 days.

2. Once the gown is in the process of being made, we will refund 50% of the purchase price (including shipping and product cost), with the remainder being the cost of our production materials as well as a handmade fee.

1. Submit a return request to the seller within 48 hours of receiving your order with a description of the reason for return and photo documentation.
2. After the seller approves your request, we will process your return within 3~5 business days.
