This is a rare booklet called, Some Hints for Maintaining Marine Animals in the home or classroom, by Donald W. Wilkie, who was the Director of the Aquarium Museum at the Scripps Institution of Oceanography located at the University of California, San Diego. This is the Scripps Aquarium Publication Number 3. This edition includes an addendum, which is attached at the back. Overall the booklet is in good condition. I can't find writing on the pages. They have a slight vintage aged look and have a slight wave, crinkle to them. There is small areas of discoloration that doesn't affect the content. The light blue cover has a fun slightly bolder blue and black design on the front and back. The cover has discoloration and light wear.
