Replacement Optic Glass for CS3700 Intraoral 3D Scanner (w/Installation Service)

*Due to too many issues with customers who want to do self-installs, we will be exclusively performing installs as a service order here. I am sorry if you are at a high enough skill level with optics to do this, but self-install discounts just aren't worth the trouble for us now.

If you've broken the part shown in the photos in this listing and can't use your CS3700 for work, we have good news for you - We can replace this part with suitable replacement glass, and the part works great with the CS3700 and IS3700 (Dexis/Kavo rebrand of the same/similar hardware) scanners.


We have not had this part ever arrive broken during shipping, with one very suspicious exception(customer error probable, we replaced the part again at no cost) in the last five years.
We pack very carefully for shipping, but if this occurs, please let us know, and I will make sure you are taken care of. I like to have long term repeat customers, and roughly half of my service work comes from repeat or word of mouth customers. Please do understand the amount of time and effort it requires to fulfill these orders is significant.

*I have been working reverse engineering and refurbishments on lab/medical/dental equipment for 10 years. Please ask if we can perform repairs on this or your other models of intraoral 3D scanner, X-Ray sensor, or other equipment. We do flat rate repairs on many models, with the service fee contingent on repair success.


*Please use USPS or DHL when shipping hardware to our area, as FedEx and UPS have been unreliable in my region for the last few years. If you pad well, use a sturdy box, and ship via USPS, you should be fine. We have not had this model arrive with shipping damage for service orders, knock on wood.

*Side note: We can generally repair the thermal/heat errors your CS scanner unit throws. We perform flat rate repairs on this model. Check our other listings or message for pricing
