Next day delivery refers to next working day and is subject to cleared payment being received before 12:00pm. Orders placed over the weekend are despatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery. P&P prices quoted are for delivery to UK Mainland locations only (please note some parts of Scotland and Northern Ireland will be charged extra). It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that someone will be at the delivery address on the day of delivery, to receive and sign for the goods. Failure to be at the delivery address to receive and sign for the goods could result in additional redelivery charges. Please open and check the item before signing the delivery note as you sing for the item as in good condition. If the buyer does not check the item on delivery, return postage will be paid by the buyer.

If you wish to return a product for any reason, you may do so within 30 days of receipt of goods. You must, when examining the product exercise reasonable care in doing so in order that the item is not damaged in any way.

 Items must be returned in the original packaging and be in as new condition with all labels, tags and accessories included.

To be assured that the goods reach us, we recommend that you return them by recorded post and package them securely, including the RMA in the package and marking the OUTSIDE of the package clearly with this number, but not defacing any part of the original packaging.

It is your responsibility to ensure they do not get lost in transit. Upon receipt of the goods we will provide you with a full refund. We will not pay any amounts towards the cost of the return postage and this may be deducted from your refund if not prepaid.
