It is in good condition  with just a nick on the base of the spine anda crease across the top of the back cover.

All 157 pages are well secured and flat. I cannot see any annotations.

Apart from information - and wonderful black & white photos - the Guide is full of interesting facts such as the day and time that ther Rotary Club meet and the postage rates of the time.

Adverts show the social history of Oxford as it recoveres from WW2.
