New and made from recycled wood.  Hand made and carefully crafted leaving the imperfections of the material intact. Each one will vary slightly with any holes, knots and nicks adding to the authenticity.  Stamped graphics will enhance the item and again this process -as 150 years ago would have had imperfections adding to the charm.  Shade may vary depending on the wood available. After smoothing and staining they are carefully hand waxed giving a fantastic old looking finish. They are then polished and buffed. Lots of time goes into each hand crafted product. Made in the UK.
