Golden Greek Pepperoncini is a beautiful and delicious Greek heirloom variety! Strong plants produce tons of thin, wrinkled peppers that are 3-4 inches long and mature to a red color, though they are often harvested before they are fully ripen. These are generally considered to be sweet peppers, even though they have a little heat ranging from 100-500 Scoville Heat Units. Greek Pepperoncinis are one of our favorite pickling peppers.
