Instruction:
1、Installation
     Fix the welding device, and install the heating end. Then put the welding device on the stand. , According to the required pipe size,install the corresponded heating die and tight them with the hex wrench.Normally, the small ones will be in front, the big ones back.

2、Power on
     Turn on the power (it must have a ground protection line).When the green indicator lights and red light is off, that means the fuse has come into an automatic control state. So you can start operation.
Note: In the automatic thermostat state, this indicates that the fuser is in a controlled state but that does not affect operation.

3 Welding pipe
   Cut off the pipe with the pipe cutter vertically. Then insert the pipe and pipe fittings into the fuse die at the same time without rotating and following the instructions in the following chart. When it reach the heating time, remove them from the die together at a fast speed. Then inserted them into the desired depth to form a even fusion ring in the combination area.
