Ibanez WH10 V3 Wah Pedal Guitar Effect True & Buffered Bypass Mode From Japan

The Ibanez WH 10 is a wah pedal that has expanded its name recognition, being favored by well-known professionals for its wide range, good grip, and wide variable range.

The WH 10 V3, the third model in the line of the original that became a regular part of the vintage market and the second that evolved from it, will debut after a review of each part's specifications and sound.

The new model does away with DRY OUT and features a switch to switch between True Bypass and Buffered Bypass, allowing you to select a bypass system to suit the pedals and amplifiers connected by the player to the rear of the WH 10 V3.

Unlike typical inductor-type wah pedals, which have a variable amount of gain depending on the frequency range, the use of an amplifier circuit by an op-amp has similar characteristics to the previous WH 10, which keeps the same gain in any frequency range, and can be used as a specific frequency specific booster, for example, by selecting the True Bypass mode, moving the pedal to select an arbitrary frequency, then fixing the pedal and adjusting the boost with DEPTH.

Another major feature of the WH 10 is that the wah effect can be switched between Guitar (350 Hz to 2.2 kHz) and Bass (175 Hz to 1.1 kHz) for optimal wah. (Note: Figures are WH 10 V 3)
