Question: One of the two bulbs broke, how can I know it is high beam or low beam?

Answer: There are 2 main structure of high beam and low beam. You can confirm as following steps:

1. check the high & low beam structure by the picture.

2. check the fitment system, confirm whether the bulb fits your car.

Question: Light flickers, dashboard has error code, other lights go wrong, high beam and low beam can not switched, lights off. What is the reason of the above problems and how to fix?

Answer: Such problems occurred due to some models' canbus systems are not compatible with the led lights. A canbus decoder can solve these problems. Contact our support team if you meet any problems above, we will send the decoder as soon as possible.

Question: What I have is aftermarket assembly, can I follow the Fitment system to select lights?

Answer: Sorry no. Our Fitment system can only make sure the matching with original assembly. Aftermarket assembly may be different with the original one.

Question: The light can not fixed at 3 and 9 o'clock, does it affect the function?

Answer: Most models can be fixed towards 3 and 9 o'clock except very few model. The position only affect beam pattern. If the beam pattern is satisfying, it won't affect any other function even it isn't towards 3 and 9 o'clock.

Question: My 9005 high beam also work as DRL. If I install your 9005 high beam, will my DRL work well? If no, is there any solution?

Answer: The working principles is different between LED lamps and halogen lamps. If DRL and high beam are integrated, high beam mode can be used, but DRL mode for some models may not work normally. (Eg: 2007-2017 Camry; 2011-2020 Sienna; 2006-2015 RAV4)

All LED lights supplier can't avoid this issue. Order carefully if the DRL mode is necessary for you.
