VINTAGE BRASS PICTURE BUTTON

Vintage brass sewing picture button measuring 3/4" wide. Featuring a chariot drawn by rearing horses, rider has one arm raised as his cape flows out behind him - background is finely stippled and edge is notch stamped. Complete with molded hook shank, button is brass with a raised relief front. Condition is very nice with no damage other than darkening to the brass on the back - not verdigris - very detailed - lovely addition to any collection or display!
