IMPORTANT NOTES:

MADE TO ORDER ONLY, manufacturing with standard colors may take up to 7 days. If you request custom colors then manufacturing will take about 15 days.

After manufacturing, depending on where we ship this machine/ machines it may take about a month to get imported. Upon arrival to US, item will then be dispatched to be transported to your address. Please use a commercial address if possible (FOR DELIVERY TRUCK TO HAVE PROPER ACCESS).

If your address is located in not convenient / remote area of the country where delivery is too hard/ expensive, we will not deliver.

Before purchasing, please message us with your address so that we can confirm that shipping cost will actually be enough to cover delivery to your address.

Upon placing the order, you agree to wait for manufacturing process, import process and door to door delivery process. You also agree to any delays to the shipment but you are guaranteed to have your item delivered. We will notify you with shipping updates if any, and you may also receive any updates that shipping carrier may have directly from them. You have a right to ask us questions.

INSPECTION:

Upon delivery, inspect the item visually before signing delivery paperwork. If delivery service provider rushing you, tell them inspection is required for insurance purposes. You as a buyer required to perform visual inspection. If you notice anything broken, simply take photos, do not sign delivery paperwork and notify the delivery company of the issue. Contact us ASAP, we will instruct you of the next steps.
