Condor GPM130D DC Power Supply 

For sale- a Condor GPM130D DC Power Supply as pictured.  Or is it a GPM130DG?  You tell me.  Looks like it outputs +24VDC, +5VDC, and plus and minus 12VDC.  Whatever device I pulled this out of was functional, so presumably the PS is as well.  Included in the sale is the modular AC input as pictured so you can test it at your end with minimal effort.
