Pokémon XD Gale of Darkness Shadow Lugia Plush from NY Pokemon Center from 2009. From my knowledge there are 2 variants the 2005 & 2009 however it appears the 2009 variant does not go on sale as often. There are no differences between the two other than the tag stating the year of manufacturing. 

There are some damages on the plush from age, the white spike on its left eye is disconnected (as shown in the photo) and its right foot is loose although is stable. Photos attached showing damages and if needed more photos can be provided at request.
