This is an adorable 13" super soft plush stuffed animal from the San-X company called Rilakkuma.
This is a different character from that animation series named Korilakkuma that is an adorable little white bear cub. And he's even more cute because he's got a little costume hoodie outfit on that has him dressed up as another character in this series named Chairoikoguma a big brown bear. I think that is who it's supposed to be anyway. Because it describes him as having bushy blonde chest hair and this little costume definitely has that.
So I'm pretty sure that is who the little outfit is supposed to be.
It's totally adorable. And all Rilakkuma plushies are highly collectible. There are some that have sold for hundreds of dollars!
I found out that these existed by seeing them on a tour in Los Angeles. California about a year ago!
There was a giant bear character and there were people who had been on line for several hours !
They were waiting in line to go into this tiny little pop up trailer to shop for various versions of these highly collectible and limited edition plushies and keychains. It was sort of crazy. I've never really seen anything quite like it.
It was super cute though to see the giant bear characters there.

Rilakkuma
This bear costume, known as Rilakkuma came out of nowhere and visited Kaoru’s house one day.
Even now without plans, this costume hangs out at her place and disturbs her by not doing anything everyday but gives her some life advice occasionally.
Rilakkuma’s favorite food is special sweets from local rice dumpling store and Rilakkuma’s weakness is summer season.
Korilakkuma
Korilakkuma is a white bear cub, but nobody knows where it came from.
Apparently, Korilakkuma was not acquaintances with Rilakkuma, but since there is a red button on its chest, it does not seem like a real bear.
Korilakkuma was named by Kiiroitori.
Korilakkuma loves to play tricks and is a mischievous cub with lots of energy.
Kiiroitori
The yellow bird that Kaoru was keeping as a pet before Rilakkuma and the others came.
Kiiroitori used to stay in a birdcage, but can now leave it freely.
Every day Kiiroitori scolds Rilakkuma for laying around and fights with playful Korilakkuma for being too mischievous.
Chairoikoguma
Chairoikoguma lives in the Honey Forest and is friends with Korilakkuma.
The chest hair is bushy, and when the mouth opens, there are fangs.
There are bear prints on the soles of each foot.
The body smells like sweet honey.
There is honey on the butt.
This is from Wikipedia about this character:
Rilakkuma (リラックマ, Rirakkuma) is a fictional character produced by the Japanese company San-X and created by Aki Kondo. After the character's launch in 2003, Rilakkuma has been featured on stationery and merchandise created by San-X, as well as several collaboration cafes. Along with picture books and comics, a stop-motion animation series titled Rilakkuma and Kaoru was broadcast in 2019.
San-X (サンエックス, San Ekkusu) is a Japanese stationery company known for creating and marketing cute characters such as Tarepanda, Rilakkuma, and Sumikko Gurashi.
The characters are usually anthropomorphic representations of animals or inanimate objects.
Each character has its own quirky traits; for example, Momobuta is a pig with a head shaped like a peach, who enjoys karaoke and painting her nails.
San-X head designer and creator of Tarepanda, Hikaru Suemasa said in 1999: "It's not just being cute. There is something different - a relaxed look, powerless".
San-X characters can be found on stationery sets and pencils, as collectibles, and stuffed toys. They are sold as blind boxes, gashapon and in UFO catchers and other prize machines in Japan's arcades.
There are also anime series, video games and books featuring the characters.
San-X was founded in April 1932 as a privately owned business under the name Chida Handler. In October 1942, Chida Handler became a limited company. Chida Handler's name was changed to San-X in May 1973.
The name San-X derives from an earlier logo which was a row of three X characters. San is three in Japanese.
Before Tarepanda became a hit, most of San-X products did not rely on characters.
They continue to sell products like stationery with scenic shots and illustrations.
In 1987 San-X created Pinny-Mu, their biggest character up until then. Tarepanda was created by Hikaru Suemasa (ja:末政ひかる) in 1995 and went on to be such a success that in 1998 San-X turned into a full-scale character development and licensing company.
In 1999 Kogepan was created, which was adapted to an anime series in 2001. Mamegoma was created in 2005 and adapted to an anime series in 2009.
In 2003, Aki Kondo created Rilakkuma, San-X's most successful character to date.
In 2010 The New York Times described San-X as a smaller, nimbler company, with potential to surpass the Sanrio corporation.
The San-X characters Tarepanda and Rilakkuma were described as "huge hits in Japan" that were rising in the Character Databank character popularity charts while Sanrio's Hello Kitty character slumped in popularity, especially in Japan.
Sumikko Gurashi was created by Yuri Yokomizo in 2012, and an animated theatrical feature film with the characters was released in 2019.
Also in 2019, a stop motion animated series featuring Rilakkuma, called Rilakkuma and Kaoru, began streaming on Netflix.
As of 2019 San-X had about 35 designers, creating original characters and making designs for stationery and other merchandise.
