Both men and women work together in the organization and fine stitching is the speciality of these artisans, many of whom are tailors by profession. A lot of these artists are based in Jaipur also popularly known as pink city. The very structure of Jaipur resembles the taste of royal families and these artists hope to bring the fusion of royal designs on a modern Kurti. Thanks to the efforts being made to bring the products made by these artisans to the end user, these artisans are experiencing many changes in their lives. The sustainable income provides the artisans with enough money to improve their lives.
