There is no date on this map but after searching online I found one which sold in an auction and was signed and dated 1904, also National Trust Collections online site have the date 1904.

Condition is commensurate with age, 120 years old.

Hardback cloth cover some surface creasing to title label on front, knocks to corners, light surface wear to top and bottom of spine, some surface marks on the back. map has no major defects, very good condition for its' age, see photographs, any questions, please ask
