you have zero feedback, please message us directly prior to bidding,
otherwise your bid will be cancelled. All new bidders are welcome,
however, of late, there have been too many instances of non-paying
buyers and the Vault holds its Customer base to the same standard to
which it holds itself.
Payment: Payment
is expected within 3 days of winning an auction or immediately via Buy-it-Now. The Vault will not
entertain any queries with regards to undervaluing items for the
purposes of saving on customs/taxes/duties. This is the responsibility of
the buyer - so please take this into consideration prior to placing a
bid.
Shipping: Shipment is made 1-2
business days post payment clearance. Australia Post standard postage
is used as a default. If you require express postage and/or
international postage - please send us a message prior to placing a bid
or purchasing via the "Buy It Now" option. Insurance can be requested at buyer's cost - please send through a DM if required.
Terms of Sales: Returns
are not accepted. Please ensure that you review the description,
measurements detailed against the listing and pictures carefully prior
to bidding/purchasing an item from the Vault. The Vault is happy to
provide additional photographs of any products listed, if they should be
required prior to a purchase being completed.
