Old white opalescent swirl pattern ruffled edge lamp shade.  It is 4 3/8" high, 5 1/4" across the bottom and the top collar mounting area is 2" across.  No chips or cracks.  A small spot on shade interior body with just a little piece of extra glass from when it was made.  Pretty common and certainly a very minor issue at best.
