This listing is for one vintage book titled - Professor H. I. Blits' Methods of Canning Fruits and Vegetables by Hot Air and Steam and Berries by the Compounding of Syrups.  Also, The Crystallizing and Candying of Fruits etc., etc., etc. With New Edition and Supplement.  Canning Methods Patented A. D. 1888.  Copyrighted 1890, by H. I. Blits.

This book is in worn condition.  The front cover has separated from the book, (could use some tape at the hinge) but the pages are still intact, except for the first blank page it is loose.  The pages are browning due to age, a few pages might have some light smudging, spotting, slight tears at the margins, but does not affect the text.  There are a few pages that have some paper clippings and some other misc. advertisements between the pages.  Considering the age of this book, I would say it is in acceptable condition and full of information.

I do combine shipping, when possible.  Books are mailed via Media Mail.  All other items, I select 2 options - one is priority, and the other is ground advantage.  Both now carry insurance up to $100.  I do wrap with bubble wrap and pack with peanuts but can't be responsible on the handling once it is left at the Post Office.

I do charge $1.00 shipping/handling fee to help with the cost of shipping supplies (bubble wrap, packing peanuts, padded mailers, boxes etc.).

I only mail within the United States.
