Boat Helm Filter Tube: Used for Seastar's outboard, sterndrive, and inboard hydraulic helms. It makes the filling process easier and simpler. Hose with a screw cap that fits for Seastar oil bottles.

Bridge Tube: Used to connect to two fittings on the steering cylinder.
Basic Instructions

1. Attach the bottle to helm reservoir (do not pierce bottle)(do not let bottle run empty)

2. Connect the bridge tube to the bleed fittings on the steering cylinder and loosen the fittings

3. Use the helm to pump fluid through the system by turning the wheel in one direction. Air bubbles will be pushed to the reservoir at the helm

4. Manually swing the outboard through full articulation to relieve trapped air and confirm good bleed
-
5. Note: Orientating bleed fittings up while pumping fluid with the helm will allow air to escape the cylinder

6. Repeat 3-4 as necessary until no air is visible in the bridge tube

7. Tighten bleed fittings before removing the bridge tube
