All items are shipped from our humidity-controlled warehouse - no dust, no smoke, no pets. Items sold as "new" or "new - other" are brand new. Items sold as "used" are pre-loved or second-hand, so we don't always know their origin or history and they may have minor cosmetic defects that aren't always described fully in our description. Where the packaging for items has been damaged or is worn, we will check and securely re-seal the package before your order is shipped. All dimensions are as accurate as we can measure, however you should assume that they are approximate and allow up to +/- 10mm difference.
