 This item came to us directly from Whirlpool some time ago when it was a new model and had only been lightly used, this was when we used to buy all of Whirlpool's returns from Ireland, since then the machine has been dry stored in a storage unit which we are now clearing, we have around 20 of this model in White and Silver.

There is no charge for collection, we are 28 miles from junction 11 of the m5 and 10 miles from junction 2 of the M48.

THIS Washer HAS BEEN FULLY TESTED BY A SUITABLY QUALIFIED TECHNICIAN AND IS ALL GOOD! HOWEVER, IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT OF ANY PROBLEM EITHER RETURN IT TO US AND WE WILL RECTIFY ANY PROBLEM OR REPLACE THE ITEM FREE OF CHARGE, Alternatively you may arrange for a local Engineer to call and make any necessary repairs, and we will supply any parts required, some spare parts may be on a service exchange basis. You would need to pay for the full repair at the time and send the invoice to us, and we will refund the value of any parts only that we may at our discretion have authorised. The Whirlpool Call Out fee for example is approx £100.00, After 14 days we will accept returns of items only for the purpose of repair and for no other reason!. 

This item is a 'Domestic appliance' and our guarantee only cover's the item for domestic use, commercial use or using this item at a property that is registered as a business is not covered by our guarantee, you may buy the item and use it for commercial purposes but if doing so you would be buying the item without guarantee. Washing machines must be transported in an upright position, failure to do so will void any warranty with ourselves.

Delivery can take up to 7 working days, Delivery of item is to the door only (Access permitting i.e. not up steps) due to insurance purposes, so you will need people at the premises to take the delivery from courier and into your house, items are insured for damage in transit up to £3000 per ton, it is of the utmost importance that the item is fully inspected before being signed for!, as signing for an item as being delivered all good and then later reporting that an item is marked will in most cases invalidate any insurance claim!. Other than that, you may collect or arrange your own courier!
