My new memory foam pillow has a slight odor, is that normal?
Like a new car, you may notice a fresh foam scent after opening. This is normal and will dissipate. Just let your pillow “air out” by removing any packaging and placing it in a well-ventilated area for 24 to 72 hours.

How long can it take to get used to my new pillow?
Like a new pair of shoes a new pillow might be fuller and firmer than what you are used to, there is a natural ‘break-in’ period that can last for a few night to a couple weeks. The more you interact with the pillow, the faster this process will go.
