This listing is a Lot of Qty 2x matching Optical Phase Modulator Controllers (Not complete systems with cables, etc). ONLY WHAT IS SHOWN IS WHAT IS INCLUDED.  One of the units shows yellow error light when powered on, the other shows only green.  Not able to test any further.
