Shipping Information: We ship orders within 2-3 business days, M-F.  Occasionally, our warehouse may be closed, which will be indicated by the "time away" feature or a yellow banner near the estimated delivery date.
 
Delivery Estimates: Dates are provided by eBay and are beyond our control. We will ask your local post office for GEO tracking if an item-not-received claim is made that shows delivery.  If your local post office shows proper delivery, we will require you to open a claim with eBay.

APRIL 2026 POLICY CHANGE DUE TO THEFT/EXTORTION CLAIMS SKYROCKETING:  If a buyer leaves a NEGATIVE REVIEW before contacting us about the issue, the account will be blocked from any further purchases.  This also includes buyers who demand return less refunds.  We do not offer this option.  We will not unblock any account once it has been blocked, under any circumstances.  If you attempt to make a purchase using another account, we will report this policy violation.

We no longer negotiate with buyers to get them to revise or remove negative feedback.  Honest buyers reach out to sellers kindly to resolve all issues.  We do not wish to do business with people who do not follow this respectful manner of handling transactions.  We photograph and videotape all shipments and will refer to these records to investigate all claims.
