For sale is our hand-built, custom made tiny house on wheels. We have been living in it full-time since building it in 2021 and have absolutely loved living in it, and the financial freedom it has provided. But the time has come for us to move on and put this unique build up for sale.


It’s fully equipped for full-time living but would make great guest accommodation, garden office or studio, or a holiday let/Airbnb. It is being sold mostly furnished.

It was built to be a bright, calm space that is compact but without compromising on functionality. It is a shepherd’s hut style and the curved roof gives a surprisingly spacious feel inside. It is clad in black-stained larch for a smart look. The build was a labour of love with great attention to detail and high-quality fittings. It is well insulated and ventilated and costs very little to run. It includes several different spaces:


It is built on a Vlemmix tiny house-specific trailer and its external dimensions are 6.80m long (excluding tow hitch assembly), 2.44m wide and 3.90m high, with an internal max height of 3.05m. This means it is legally classed as a caravan, and it can legally be towed.

The tiny house runs fully on electricity and can be hooked up simply using a standard 16 amp caravan hookup. The electrics use separate circuits for cooking and heating to stay within 16 amps, which is easily switched over using a button above the sink. All other power is always on.


The tiny house is located in south Oxfordshire, UK. The land it is currently sited on is not for sale and cannot be rented. Viewings and questions are very welcome. The tiny house is available to be moved from now but is best done during the drier months when the ground is harder. Moving it will be the buyer’s responsibility to move (we will move it to the road).


The asking price is £45,000. This is being advertised on other sites too.
