Vintage RAMP & SWING-ARM MOUNTAIN BASE, originally packaged with the HO scale Devil's Ditch Slot Car Track, produced by Aurora / Tomy in 1989. Measures 19" long. Item is being sold as pictured and described: mountain base complete with both swing-arms and both ramps
