This vintage book titled "The German Party Programs, The German Empire 1918-1930" is a rare find. It is written in German and comprised of information from German historians Felix Salomon, Wilhem Mommsen, and Gunther Franz. See below for their wiki links. It was previously owned by Roy V Peel (a director of the US Census Bureau) and he may have purchased it while in Germany in 1931, based off of the stamp, written personalization, and receipt included.
The pages are in good condition. Roy Peel's name, place, and date are written on the title page. Roy's stamp with address is on the cover. A German receipt is included. The cover has wear and discoloration. A small portion of the paper cover is missing at the top and bottom of the spine and a couple corners. See photos for conditions.
