Shipping
All orders are delivered FREE of charge, however, there are a few things to note:
- This item will be shipped on a next working day delivery service
- Once you have placed your order, you will receive confirmation of dispatch including your tracking information for the day of delivery
- All deliveries take place from Monday - Friday between the hours of 7am - 8pm
- All deliveries are made to the external door of the property only, if further assistance is required please contact us to discuss
- Regrettably, we are currently unable to offer a delivery service outside of the UK mainland and to the following postcode areas: BT, IV & KW
Returning your unwanted items
If you simply aren’t happy with the look, style or size of your mirror, we offer a 14 day returns and refund policy. All we ask is that the mirror hasn’t been hung, is not damaged in any way and is the original packaging. Please take images to show this before repacking your mirror for return.
For your convenience, we will arrange for your mirror(s) to be collected and the service available to you will depend on the size of the mirror(s) being returned. Return labels are not required as the return will be associated with your original delivery label.
Return Charges
If you are returning a mirror for a refund within 14 days of delivery you will be required to pay the transportation costs associated with the return. This will depend on the size of the mirror(s) being returned and the charge will be deducted from the total refund value.

Returning damaged items
Whilst all our mirrors pass strict quality standards, on rare occasions you may find an item arrives damaged.
It is vitally important that you open and inspect your products as soon as you receive them and report any damage to us no later than 7 days of receipt.
Mirrors that have been hung will not be accepted as damaged items.
For damages reported within 7 days, a full refund or free of charge replacement will be offered. Any damages reported after 7 days, unfortunately, we can no longer offer a refund or replacement.
The quickest and easiest way to report damaged items within 7 days is to email providing images of the damage to the mirror. Once the damage has been confirmed, we’ll EITHER issue a replacement free of charge OR refund you, depending on which option you choose. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 14 days. For the damaged mirror, we’ll either arrange collection, or ask for you to dispose of your goods (never dispose of goods without our notification).
Just a few things to note
- With unwanted items, we’re more than happy for you to unpack and inspect your items but if you have hung your mirror we won’t be able to offer you a refund.
- All returned items must be re-packed securely using the original product packaging. We reserve the right to refuse refund on any item returned in a non-resaleable condition.
- We cannot accept returns in person at our warehouse
- We’ll always try to issue refunds as soon as possible and, at most, within 14 days of receiving your returned items.
- Made-to-order products are not included in either our 14 day returns policy and can only be returned if faulty
- Your statutory rights are not affected.
