This is an original press photo. Explaining views of a proposal to change zoning of property at Bourbon and Orleans are Mrs. Martha G. Robinson, president of the Louisiana Council For The Vieux Carre, who headed a group which studied the proposal for the Chamber of Commerce of the New Orleans Area. They were among persons who opposed the proposal at a meeting called by the Louisiana council in Gallier Hall. Photo measures 7.25 x 10inches. Photo is dated 01-11-1963.
